WarlordReal name: Karta YonOccupation: Former arena athlete, now adventurer Legal status: Citizen of Soombar (Mars) with no criminal record Identity: Public Place of birth: Burrag, Soombar Marital status: Single Known relatives: None Group affiliation: Spacemen Base of operations: Mobile First appearance: SPACEMEN #1 Origin: SPACEMEN #1, 46-49 History: (tbd) Height: 6'1" Weight: 180 lbs. Eyes: White Hair: Bald Skin: Red Strength level: Warlord possesses the normal human strength of a man of his age, height, and build who engages in intensive regular exercise. Known superhuman powers: Warlord's sensor antennae are extremely sensitive to vibrations, giving him an unnatural "radar sense" which allows him to sense his surroundings in all directions with near perfection. This makes him extremely difficult to surprise. In optimal circumstances, Warlord can even use his "tremorsense" to see through doors and other obstacles, and form a mental image of the space beyond such barriers. Abilities: Warlord is an extremely skilled close combatant. He possesses high skill with ranged weaponry as well, but close combat is where he truly excels. Being the champion arena fighter of his homeworld, there are few who can challenge him with any amount of success. Most any opponent would be utterly demolished in a stand-up fight against Warlord. He also enjoys needlepoint. Weapons: Though Warlord is skilled with a vast multitude of weapons, he has two preferred items that he nearly always has with him. His "electric sword" is particularly designed for non-lethal combat, shocking anything it hits into unconsciousness. His "air shield" binds the gaseous molecules near his wrist into a shield-like shape of nearly impregnable defense. File last modified at Thu, 02 Feb 2006 20:58:01 -0700 | Click to enlarge |
