Because the energies are unstable, he can never again touch or hold his family for fear of losing control and annihilating them in a burst of energy. To manage him, the Xalmar Security Council placed Pulsar in stasis indefinitely, until Ikara of the Radian Empire offered to take the human bomb off Xalmar's hands. Known superhuman powers: Pulsar's body constantly generates powerful energy like a reactor, or a small star. This energy is unstable, and may erupt from his body at any time, causing devastating damage to everything nearby. He may also vent this energy at will, in blasts powerful enough to break through several feet of titanium. His strong body provides him a slight resistance against conventional physical damage. Abilities: Kor Latosha is a brilliant scientist and engineer, especially in the fields of astronomy and power sources. Limitations: Pulsar is unable to fully control his energy discharges and runs a risk of damaging everything around him. Paraphernalia: Pulsar wears a containment suit that dissipates excess energies through vents on the backs of his hands, allowing him to stabilize considerably.
