Bust: C Eyes: Blue Hair: Blonde Strength level: Nebula Girl possesses the normal human strength of a woman of her age, height, and build who engages in moderate regular exercise. Known superhuman powers: Nebula Girl can reduce the density of her body, dispersing into a mistlike cloud, or "nebula". In nebula form, she is difficult to affect, and most attacks simply pass through her without incident. Her nebula form can also flow through small cracks or under doors. When she shifts to her nebula form, she may grow in apparent size as well, but this is not mandatory; she can maintain a nebula form that is normal human sized (and shaped) as well. Nebula Girl can fly slowly in her nebula form. This is not a very fast means of locomotion, however, and could be outpaced by a brisk run. Limitations: In her nebula form, Nebula Girl is particularly vulnerable to things that affect gases, such as high velocity winds or whirlwinds. Not only can such phenomena move her from place to place against her will, but they can even scatter her molecules severely enough that it can take her days to pull herself back together -- if ever!
